This page describes how Versatile — digital business cards by DigiMass AI — handles information you provide when you create and share cards. It is plain-language product guidance, not a certification or absolute guarantee.

Who we are
Versatile is a DigiMass AI product hosted at versatile.digimass.cloud. DigiMass AI builds Versatile; company-wide Trust Center practices live at digimass.cloud/privacy.
Information you provide
When you create or edit a digital business card, you may enter profile and card fields such as name, title, company, and contact details. That information is stored so you can manage your cards and share them by QR or link. Recipients can open a shared card in the browser without needing the app.
Do not put passwords, API keys, or other secrets into card fields or public forms. Share only what you are comfortable showing on a business card.
Device permissions
On Android, Versatile may request the READ_CONTACTS permission when you choose to import contacts during Setup or from the desk. That permission is requested only when you start an import. The web experience has a fallback path that does not use that native permission.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to operate the card and share features you asked for: storing your cards, generating share links and QR codes, and showing your card to people you share it with. We design access around least privilege for these product flows.
Sharing and third parties
When you share a card by QR or link, the people who open that link can see the card fields you chose to publish. Hosting and related infrastructure may process requests needed to deliver the product. If you need specifics about processors for your situation, contact us at the address below — we will not invent a vendor list here.
No advertising
Versatile marketing and product surfaces covered by this page are not framed around advertising. We do not present your card fields as inventory for ads.
